Health Quarters is an integrative medical, well-being and functional movement centre.
We are a multi-disciplinary team of health practitioners that help individuals, businesses and organisations to improve their health, fitness and wellbeing by designing personalised wellness programmes that are based on a holistic approach, combining various therapies and modalities to optimise human potential.
Health Quarter’s mission is one of making wellness accessible to all layers of our society, sponsoring community based events, collaborating with local social enterprises and enabling the most vulnerable amongst us via pragmatic education and straightforward implementation of digestible, easy to follow, positive steps of action.
We have based our principles on what we called the 4 pillars of health
We cater for all levels of experience with classes running multiple times per day, 6 days per week as well as personal sessions and so much more.
Start by getting the basics right and adjust as you want to. We’ll give you the tools and advice you need and check in with you to help keep your goals in sight.
From goal setting, to mindfulness meditation or high performance sports coaching. Keeping the mind in check is just as important as the body.
If you’re suffering an injury or other ailments then our team of specialists can help get you back up to speed and keep you in top shape. Come along and meet the team.
