Group training with strengthen & functional performance classes

Get stronger, fitter, faster and have a great time training with like minded folk. Classes run 6 days per week from 6am right up till 5:15pm.

Healthquarters class timetable.

 

We run classes Monday to Friday at 6am, 7am, 12pm, 1pm, 4:30pm and 5:15pm .
We also run classes on Saturdays at 7am and 9:15am.
Members can come long to any session, as often as they wish however we would ask that people book the classes that they want to attend through the HealthQuarters App.
