Some common questions

Do I have to sign up right away?

Nope. We’ll chat with you and find out what you want to achieve. If you think we’re a good fit and want to start your journey with us then that’s great. If not – that’s totally fine too. 

What does membership include?

Healthquarters members get access to all of our guided training sessions (mulitple classes / 6 days per week). You can come along to as many as you like. We’ll recommend a routine for you and we’ll teach you how to perform all of the exercises in safe way. We’ll be there guiding you throught your entire membership.

Do I have to be a member to buy coffee?

No way. Our coffee shop is there for everyone. It’s also a great way to get a feel for the place. So come along and grab a coffee card.
