How does it work?

Consultations and Bioscans

 There is an initial Bioscan consultation that serves as the starting point for your fitness journey. Using our body Bioscan Evolt360, your coach will assess your body composition by examining over 40 different measurements, including muscle mass, body fat (including visceral fat), bone mass, and hydration levels. During this consultation, we will also discuss your goals, preferences, time availability, injuries, and any other factors relevant to understanding your current situation. This information will be used to design a personalised Transformation Program tailored to your needs.

At the end of each cycle, we will evaluate results, celebrate the wins and adjust the plan accordingly to keep moving forwards.

Personalised nutrition

 Consultation with a Nutrition Coach will focus on discussing strategies to achieve impactful results through an easy, step-by-step action plan. You will receive a personalised nutrition guide that will provide insights into your daily calorie needs, macronutrient requirements, and appropriate portion sizes.

This guide goes beyond a mere meal plan; it equips you with the knowledge and tools to make healthier choices in various life situations. By understanding these principles, you can continue to enjoy the foods you love while achieving long-lasting results.

You will also get the support with daily check-ins and guidance along the way.

 

Personalised Training

 We offer a tailored training program designed to suit your individual needs. Your current physical condition, any injuries or discomfort you may have, and your specific fitness goals are all taken into account when crafting your weekly workouts. Our aim is to optimize your strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness gains.

Whether you prefer to train at Health Quarters, your own gym, or from the comfort of your home using our online app, we can accommodate your choice. Our programs can be adapted to utilize a variety of equipment options, whether you have access to extensive equipment or minimal resources.

  • Group training – $120 for 4 weeks unlimited access at all Health Quarters timetables classes and activities.

Add on: 5 PT sessions

One-on-one personalised training with your coach – $300 for 5 sessions. At Health Quarters premises or home if living in Tauranga.
