I really enjoy accompanying people on their path of learning, awareness, and education of their body. I have strong conviction in strength exercises as long term practice that is why we base the assembly of our trainings on providing the highest efficiency for the body. Indeed, as one improves movement capacity, increases strength, increases the % of lean mass, improves life expectancy and quality, and maintains it over time. Without losing sight of the options for each level of fitness and the touch of fun, motivation and push so that we can all be better and stronger together.
Paula is one of our Fitness instructor at Health Quarters.
