Her work is influenced by both modern and traditional healing systems. Nadene integrates elements of yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic principles to help clients better understand their own bodies, energy, and patterns. She also incorporates BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) techniques to support shifts in mindset, emotional processing, and behavioural change.
At Health Quarters, Nadene teaches a yoga class designed to improve mobility, and provide relaxation, while also offering one-on-one wellness consultations. These sessions provide a space for clients to explore their health goals, address stress or lifestyle challenges, and develop practical tools for greater balance and vitality. Clients are welcome to book individual consultations with Nadene to receive personalised support.
Earlier in her career, Nadene practiced as a clinical psychologist, where she gained extensive experience supporting people with emotional wellbeing and personal growth. Her transition into holistic wellness consulting reflects her passion for a more integrated approach to health — one that honours the deep connection between mind, body, and lifestyle.
