I help people get back to their desired level of activity after suffering an injury by making a rehabilitation plan after thoroughly assessing their movement, understanding what activities they want to get back to, and appreciating all relevant influencing factors. My treatments mostly consist of active exercises and advice on how to manage the injury during day to day life whilst recovering. I use manual therapy to relieve symptoms and make moving easier.
