Claire Lovelace is the principal physiotherapist at Health Quarters.
She is an exceptionally experienced clinician with over 30 years of clinical practice.
Her skills include helping clients of all ages and abilities from the sporting elite to those with movement challenges.
Claire has dual qualifications at Masters level in both Musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy and advanced Sports Science. Following her Masters, Claire has a special interest in lower limb biomechanics, focusing on specific return to sport strengthening post lower leg and Achilles tendon injury.
Her clinics regularly involve second opinions for complex cases. She uses hands on physiotherapy and exercise prescription to assist you reach your movement goals.
Claire is a member of the executive committee of Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy NZ and Sports Medicine BOP and provides mentoring to physiotherapists throughout the country.
Claire has fostered a team culture within Health Quarters of inclusivity, and encourages her team to make decisions with patient goals at front of mind. She is excited to bring these skills to the Tauranga CBD.
