Welcome, new friends! We know stepping into a new fitness space can feel a little nerve-wracking, so we’re here to make your first visit smooth, fun, and totally not intimidating.

What to expect?

Fun, Functional Strength

Our classes focus on functional strength training—so you won’t find giant weight machines or walls of mirrors here. (Because let’s be real: who needs the added pressure of watching themselves sweat?)

Small group vibes

Each session is capped at just 12 people. That means personalized attention from our expert coaches and plenty of space to do your thing without feeling cramped.

Lots of class times

Choose from 32 sessions each week, Monday to Saturday—so no more excuses about scheduling conflicts! Each class runs about 45 minutes, packing in an awesome workout without hijacking your entire day.

How to get started?

Signing up should be simpler than using your best friend’s Netflix password. Just tap that button, follow a few steps, and you’re good to go.

Book your class

Once you're in the system, you can pick a date and time that suits you (maybe not before coffee if you’re not a morning person).

Show up and sweat!

Bring a water bottle, a towel, and your best can-do attitude. We’ll handle the rest!
